Daria Czarlinska – Mindfulness and Facilitation

Daria Czarlinska has worked as the founding director of Sinnergie – Institute for Coaching and Mindfulness in Berlin since 2011. She conducts holistic seminars that employ change and innovation processes in conjunction with mindfulness. Following the motto “Think globally, act locally,” her institute in Pankow is a meeting place for living democracy and mindful neighbourliness. Her practice for yoga and meditation, which she has run for 20 years, forms a central part of her work.

In collaboration with (r)evolutionary ideas, Daria develops projects that bring together strategy and mindfulness from the start. Experience has shown in many instances that “strategy needs space to develop, and space requires mindfulness”.
